Return Policy
Thank you for shopping at T3D-Arts. We strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchase. In the event that you are not satisfied with your order, we have a returns policy in place that allows for returns and exchanges within 14 days of the purchase date.

Please note that sale items are not eligible for refunds, but you can exchange them for another product of equal or lesser value. To initiate a return or exchange, please email jen@t3d-arts.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be returned in its original packaging, with all accessories and documentation included. Please make sure that the item is in the same condition as when you received it.

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used for the original purchase.
Please note that we do not cover the cost of shipping for returns or exchanges, and any shipping costs incurred by the customer will not be refunded.
